Apple Watch widgets and app in Japanese

Hi team - the top #1 issue preventing me from subscribing to the app is how frustrating the AW app experience has been. It once switched to Spanish without warning, now the AW app and its widget changed to Japanese all of a sudden.
I do have a Japanese keyboard enabled on my iPhone but my device is in Brazilian Portuguese and its main keyboard in EN/PT. The iPhone Bevel app is in English - I have no idea why the AW Bevel app keeps switching its language suddenly. The AW app is now in Japanese so I can’t even read it to try to resync etc. Please help me fix and add an option to force language on the Watch app while this issue isn’t fixed for good. Thanks.

Hi Lucas, are you saying that the Apple Watch changed its language for Bevel watch app only? Can you please go to the Apple Watch app on your iPhone -> General -> Language & Region, screenshot the view for me?

Randell exactly - as I said, this has also happened (multiple times) in the past, with the Watch app switching to Spanish all of a sudden. I suspect this is related to either the language & region OR keyboard language settings on the iPhone (those are the only places in which I have anything set to Spanish or Japanese, for example) but not sure. My preferred language is set to ptBR first and enUS second - I have no idea why it keeps switching to those other languages which are not ranked high in language order, it's super frustrating.

Lucas: Is this screenshot the one that is in your Phone's Watch app -> General -> Language & Region? can you please share a screenshot of that as well? I'd like to know the preferences that's been set on your Watch

Randell ah sorry I misunderstood your request. Here’s the Watch app screenshot - I’ve since removed the additional languages from the last screenshot, just left Portuguese and English. The Watch app setting is mirroring my iPhone general settings.

Lucas: Thanks! and right now, just to confirm- which language your Bevel app is in? Let's see with the changed settings if the issue still persists.

Randell Watch app is now in English, just like the iPhone app. The question is: if ptBR (my primary language on iPhone and Watch) isn’t supported by Bevel, why does it pick my third or fourth language (Spanish, Japanese) instead of second in my language “ranking” which was English? I also think that this language is auto added to iPhone’s language settings whenever we add a corresponding new keyboard for that language.
