Hi Randellsure. The Apple Watch complication is 39 = average stress on the bevel iOS app

Tom: Ah, yes, thanks for sharing the screenshots here.
That shows the average. If you want to view or monitor your current stress level, I’d suggest using the Stress Chart complication. You can select this if you’re using the Modular or Modular Ultra watch face.
I will relay this to the team if changing it to the real time value would make more sense.
EDIT: Let me actually confirm this with the team, I will get back to you.

Randell both makes sense. But I guess it was instant stress before and it has changed to avg. that’s why I was asking.

Tom: Hi Tom, thanks for your patience on this.
You are actually correct, previously it was showing the instant stress. During this new update, there's been a regression which caused this change. we are reverting it back to how it was, please stay tune on the next couple updates for the fix on this.
In the meantime, I urge you to use the Stress chart for now.
