Hi Guys, We just released an update that should help resolve this issue. Please update your app to the latest version, 2.3.4. You may need to go to the App Store -> Bevel app page, and the update icon should appear there so you can update it manually.
After updating, please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue. If you are, kindly send your logs again, we added enhanced logging in version 2.3.4 to help us track down the problem more accurately.
To send your logs from both the watch and phone app, please follow the steps below. Once you’ve sent them, let me know the email and name you used to log in to the Bevel app so I can make sure I pull your logs correctly.
- Bevel Phone app -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Send logs to Developer".
- Bevel Watch app -> Gear Icon -> Send logs.

Randell Thanks Randell! Just updated and will let you know if fixed

Randell The update didn't help, but deleting the app from the watch once, just from the watch, and then reinstalling it helped. Now all values are the same except the recovery is 1% different. But everything else is the same and 1% sounds much more promising than a 20-30% difference. I sent the logs from l.braunsteiner@icloud.com from both devices.

Widget, watch, and app data not matching

The sleep and recovery scores on the widget and watch are consistently different from the scores in the app’s home tab. Which is accurate and why don’t they match?

Hi Matt B, Gregory Sapienza, Thanks for reporting and providing info. This issue is our top priority to fix, if possible can you guys please go to Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Baseline/iCloud, share a screenshot of the view for me?

Randell sure here is mine
Randell
Gregory Sapienza: I see, thanks! just to confirm, did you try restarting both your phone and watch and did a re-sycn by opening both watch and phone app side by side for a good 4-5 minutes?

Gregory Sapienza
Randellit works when opening the app, it's the background updating that's a lot more inconsistent
Randell
Gregory Sapienza: I see. We have some improvements fixes that will be out on the next few updates for it.
I'd like to add as well that this is an issue that we've been consistently monitoring and working on to fix.

Apple Watch app not syncing with bevel app

Tarik Ashour
Hi, both the Apple Watch widget and Apple Watch app itself are not working for me. The Bevel app on my phone is receiving health data from my Apple Watch (sleep, HR, HRV, etc) but every time I open the Apple Watch app all 3 dials are blank. Weirdly the energy bank meter is showing a value, but it’s not the same value as on my bevel app (not even close; showing 25 on the watch and 87 on the app). I’ve checked and the baseline and iCloud syncs are both up to date, and when I click on “resync health” in the Apple Watch app nothing happens. I’ve also tried restarting the watch app and phone app, reinstalling, and restarting both devices themselves as well but nothing is working, although occasionally the dials willl flash for a second with the current values per the app before being wiped again after some attempts to reset. I’ve attached a screenshot of the watch interface below.

3 different values for sleep between Apple Watch complication, watch app, and iphone app.

I’d be happy to send screenshots. My Apple Watch face complication reads 74% for sleep, if I click into the bevel app on my watch sleep is 77%, and my iPhone app reads 79%. Pls fix. PS, big fan of the app.

Mismatch Watch & iPhone data
K
Kevin Landsberg
Hi Bevel team,
I’ve noticed that the sleep score shown in the Watch Face complication is different from the one displayed in the Bevel app on my iPhone. When I tap the sleep complication on my watch, it opens the Bevel app on the watch, and there the data matches the iPhone app correctly — only the complication itself shows a different score.
I’m using Bevel version 2.2.7 (2339) on my iPhone.
Could you please check if this is a known issue or advise how to fix it?
Thanks and best regards,
Kevin

Watch app and complications display wrong information/out of sync with iPhone
A
Aladin Benfatna
The Bevel app (pro trial subscription) on my Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS v10.6.1, is displaying incorrect information.
When I open the app, for a 1/4 of a second, the correct information is display like a flash and then it returns to the first screenshot below with all metrics empty or wrong compared to iPhone.
I tried restarting both iPhone and Apple Watch, only Apple Watch, force quitting then opening both app on iPhone and Apple Watch, nothing seems to fix the problem. iCloud sync and Baseline sync indicates it's all good even though for example when I go to the “Primary Sleep“ in the sleep circle (page 2), there is no data.
What can I do that does not involve unpairing-repairing the Watch to the iPhone? It is too much of a headache for me and it should be working perfectly fine like all my other Watch App (including Athlytic) with a connection to the iPhone app.
