Hi Luca, Matt B, Gregory Sapienza, Tarik Ashour, Elias Waill, Kevin Landsberg, Aladin Benfatna, Moritz, Ben Sugarman, Basar Erdener, john sommer, Scott Latz, shogo, can you guys please update to the latest version of the app 2.4.0, see if this issue is now fixed for you?
To manually update the app, please go to the App Store -> Bevel, please tap on the Bevel's page view for the update icon to appear, then update the app.
Also, we’ve added a button in the Bevel Watch app (Gear icon → Baseline → “Tap to Sync”) to manually update the baseline.
Please make sure both the phone and watch apps are on version 2.4.0 before trying this. When syncing, keep both the phone and watch apps open side by side for 3–4 minutes to ensure a successful baseline update.
Let me know if this is now fixed for you after trying it out. Thanks!

Hey Markus, problems have been resolved. The baseline sync is working again and all 3 KPIs are synchronized between Apple Watch and iPhone. Strong thanks

Apple Watch face widget not syncing
D
Daniel Jiang
I recently upgraded to an Apple Watch 11 with a iPhone 17 pro, both running iOS 26. For the past few days, I’ve been using the Apple Watch widget on my watch face. It shows my strain, recovery, and sleep scores. The issue is that the widget displays a recovery and sleep score consistently 1-5 points lower than my iPhone app is showing. If I tap the widget and open the app on my watch, the scores match the phone app, but the widget itself never updates.
Here are my stats for the day:
iPhone app:
15% strain, 47% recovery, 55% sleep
Apple Watch app:
15% strain, 47% recovery, 55% sleep
Apple Watch widget on watch face:
15% strain, 46% recovery, 52% sleep
This has been an issue for the past few days. My daily scores for recovery/sleep will not change, even if I pair/unpair the watch, restart both the phone and watch, or uninstall and reinstall the app on my watch.

Complication on the Apple Watch Series 11, Infograph face, is not the same as that shown in the Apple Watch app, nor is it the same as that shown on the iPhone.

Iury Cleveston We just released an update that should help resolve this issue. Please update your app to the latest version, 2.3.6. You may need to go to the App Store -> Bevel app page, and the update icon should appear there so you can update it manually.
After updating, please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue. If you are, kindly send your logs again, we added enhanced logging in version 2.3.6 to help us track down the problem more accurately.
To send your logs from both the watch and phone app, please follow the steps below. Once you’ve sent them, let me know the email and name you used to log in to the Bevel app so I can make sure I pull your logs correctly.
Bevel Phone app -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Send logs to Developer".
Bevel Watch app -> Gear Icon -> Send logs.

Values differ from Apple Watch App, iOS Widget and iOS App

As the baseline sync does not works since months for me, I know that at least the recovery value will not match the one on the phone. Sleep, however is the same on Apple Watch App and iOS App. The iOS widget show complete different values that do not even relate to the values of the iOS App. So for now - I only see the true values by opening the iOS App.
That's a pity as I noticed, that a lot of people are having similar issues. Why can't the working iCloud sync not also be used for syncing a baseline?
The app itself is really cool and if this is fixed and nutrition database is also optimized for europe/germany, there is no need for any other tracking app.

Hi guys,
thanks for being so customer focused and working hard on this topis.
After updating the app I can confirm that numbers from iOS app are exact the same as on iOS widget but still (very slightly) differ to the values shown in
Apple Watch.
In my concrete example:
iOS App: 9, 100, 90 [Strain, Recovery, Sleep]
iOS Widget: 9, 100, 90
Apple Watch App: 9, 100, 89
I still see the error message in the Apple Watch Baseline option:
No sync history
I sent the logs from Apple Watch, so hopefully it helps to further deep dive in this topic.
Regards,
Thomas
