Is it mean that it will later statistic of recovery?
Randell
Ignat Plavskij: Yes, that is correct. 2 full nights of data like this to serve as a baseline and the app will be able to calculate your Recovery score for you moving forward.

Yes I don’t have any sleep data but aleeady set up. Yes I m wearing apple watch
Randell
Ignat Plavskij: Got it, please do make sure that the following below are checked:
- Wear your Apple Watch to sleep, make sure it is worn comfortably tight.
- Make sure the Apple Watch is NOT on low-power mode as this prevents the watch from tracking your overnight vitals.
- If possible, charge the watch before heading to bed to make sure it has enough battery %
Please keep me posted on the next few days.

I only didnt set up my sleep schedule there is no data
Randell
Ignat Plavskij: Got it. Just to confirm, you don’t have any sleep data yet in Apple Health?
Also, you are wearing your Apple Watch to sleep, correct? for it to track your overnight vitals and sleep data

I tried restart and check all access to my heart rate but I see all is marked to show all data don’t why it’s no show me everything
Randell
Ignat Plavskij: I see, so if you go to Apple Health -> Heart Rate/Sleep -> scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data" there's only 1 data log in there? Do you mind sharing a screenshot?
I am asking this because the reason for it might be because you don't have enough data yet and needs a 2 full night of sleep data to serve as a baseline.
