Family sharing not working on family accounts, says we have the subscription in apple sharing settings but restore purchase too says no active.

Hi Fabian B, michelle g, Marc Jensen, Can you guys try toggling the Family Sharing option off and on again, then force close the app on the device of the person trying to access the Family Sharing subscription, After that, try accessing the family subscription again and see if it works.

Has this been fixed? Trying to share my subscription with my wife and when she tries to restore purchase says subscription not found!

Joao Rechena: this has been fixed, but unfortunately, there is a bug on Apple's end that prevents some users from sharing the app with their family properly.

Also, have you tried tapping "Restore Purchase" on the payment screen?

If you have done the things I asked above, and this issue persists, can you go to Bevel -> Profile -> scroll down and tap "Send logs to Developer?"
