Hi, I can't share Bevel pro with the family even though it says in the App Store that this feature is offered, I'm asking for help.

Could you please try setting up Family Sharing again on your phone and the phone with the Family Sharing subscription? Maybe that'll help?
Alternatively, tap “Restore Purchase.” This might also enable Family Sharing.

Hello I renewed my subscription and I am sharing it with my wife but this time after renewing the subscription my wife does not have the subscription can you help me?

Could you please try setting up Family Sharing again to see if that helps fix the issue with your wife’s subscription?
Also, please try tapping “Restore Purchase” on your wife’s phone to retrigger the Family Sharing subscription.

Pedro Marques: Hi Pedro, some users were able to make this work by trying the following:
- tap Restore Purchase when you are on the paywall screen
- Restarting the phone
- Re-do the Family sharing
can you please try all of that, see if it will help?

Randelli tried that before. Before the subscription showed on my partners iCloud as shared. Now it doesn’t even appear
