Nino M: Hi, thanks for reporting. Could you please go to “Profile” in Bevel, scroll all the way down and tap “Send logs to developers”? Then send me an email to hello@bevel.health with the email address or name you used to sign up for Bevel.

I am having the same issue and just started using bevel. Very frustrated! Have tried all the problem solving you’ve suggested in this thread.

Sabina Willmott: Hi, thanks for reporting this as well. Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Send logs to developer" then email me at hello@bevel.health the email address/name you've used to log in to Bevel.

I have the same problem with coffee and hydration
Randell
Guillaume SERTON: Thanks for reporting this issue to us. Is this your first time using the app? Could you try the following procedure and let me know if that solves the problem?
- Go to Health > Sharing > Apps > Bevel > manually reactivate the permissions by pressing “Deactivate all” and then “Reactivate all”. You can also manually reactivate the permissions for caffeine and hydration in the “Reading” and “Writing” sections.
- Go to Bevel > Profile > Data Sources > scroll down and tap “Resynchronize Health.”
Let me know if these steps fix the problem.
Thanks!

Good morning,
I have done the manipulations, but that does not change anything.
This is the first time I have entered manual entries into my journal, I started using the app yesterday.
It's a failure for a start!
I am on iOS 26.1
Randell
Guillaume SERTON: I see. Thanks for letting us know.
Could you go to Bevel > Profile > scroll down and hit “Send logs to developer”?
Once this is done, please email me at hello@bevel.health with the name and email address you used to log in to the app. We're going to check that out on our end.
This is a priority issue that we are currently investigating in order to resolve it.

Guillaume SERTON: Thanks! Please give us some time to look into this issue.
Could you confirm that all of your journal entries go away or just those related to caffeine and hydration?
G
Guillaume SERTON

Randell Hi, did there end up being a solution for this? I just started with bevel and am having the same problem… makes the journal kind of unusable

Zebediah Miller: Thanks for sharing the recording here. Can you please go to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel, manually toggle OFF and ON the perms for caffeine for both "read" and "write". Once done, try to log your entry again in Bevel, see if the issue persists.

Zebediah Miller: Hi, I see. Please give us some time to look into this.

Randell I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but no luck.
