Manual add to sleep timeline not allowing start input

I fell asleep with my watch on the charger. Woke up about 3 hours later and put it on. Understandably, it’s reporting terrible sleep and recovery this morning. I tried to add sleep to my timeline from last night but it will not allow the start time to be anything after my present time (7 am) so I can not put in 9 pm even with changing the date to yesterday. Obviously it can’t make up metrics from when I wasn’t wearing the watch but it would be nice if the manual add option at least corrected my sleep bank values.

Hi Noelle Mathies, The reason you can't manually add the missing sleep time in the Bevel app is that it recognizes 9 PM as today's 9 PM, not yesterday's.
For example, if you try to add 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM log, the app interprets it as tonight's nap log rather than yesterday's, which is why it won’t allow the entry.
To work around this, it's best to add "Nap" data in Bevel for the same day and manually enter long sleep hours directly in Apple Health.
