Replenished food energy is not absorbed

I track my food with Yazio. I recently added my diet for 21.3 to Yazio. In Apple Health, this is now also shown in the “Food Energy” overview. With bevel, however, this information is still missing, which means that the calculation of my net calories, etc., is very falsified.

Hannah M: I understand. So the historical data for March 21 appears to be incorrect for you? We're trying to reproduce the issue and find out what could be causing it.
Just to confirm: Are you only getting the wrong value on that day?

Hi Hannah M, I'd like to follow up on this please.

Hi Hannah M, can you please clarify that? Do you mean that Apple Health shows the value for “Food Energy” but not under the “Net Energy” tab in Bevel? Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Nutrition and take a screenshot of the view for me?

Randell No, I only noticed it when calculating the net calories. There seems to be an error as soon as you enter data in the past (?). Or it could also be that I've already tracked something for the day with Bevel Nutrition, then deleted it & then added it via Yazio. Unfortunately I don't know that exactly.
Randell
Hannah M: Could you scroll down on your screenshot, tap “View All Data,” and then take a screenshot of the view for me? I'd like to check the timestamp for the log.

Randell for 21.3 here is lots of information about energy.

Randell Yes, they appear to be faulty. Or rather not properly updated. I haven't checked the other days so far, but no day is as noticeable as this. Can I check it again later to see if I recognize a pattern
Randell
Hannah M: Got it, we'll look into this and see if we can reproduce the issue.
Just to confirm: Did you log all data on the same day or was data added later? I want to make sure we're looking at the data that was originally logged that day.

Randell I don't know how to control that. I know that the data I enter now will no longer be transferred to Bevel. From YAZIO to Apple Health yes, but not from Apple Health to Bevel. Maybe they should simply add a “retrieve all data again” or something similar for each day.

I've just tried something and added a meal in YAZIO for April 8th. Apple Health also applies this value. However, food statistics have not changed in Bevel.
Randell
Hannah M: Hi Hannah, to confirm- the historical data you've logged from YAZIO -> Apple Health doesn't reflect to Bevel, correct?
I am trying to replicate this via adding in Apple Health and I can confirm that it does not update the macro balance summary
