Tarun Pandit: Hi Tarun, is it possible for you to share a screenshot of your Bevel home view and the Data Sources view? are you having the same exact issue as this where your Data Sources is saying it can't connect to the Healthkit?

Randell I resolved the issue, it was actually that my Apple Watch was somehow not transferred to my new phone.

I have the same problem. The data is in Apple Health but isn’t loading in Bevel. Clicking retry doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried using “Clear cache & reload all data” and that also didn’t work.

H Chris, Thanks for reporting this. I just wanted to confirm, does the "Syncing data...." status ever stop on yours or it just keeps on syncing?
Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources, screenshot the view for me.

Randell I’m having the same issue. My phone bevel app says it’s syncing but never actually syncs.

Adam Seitman: Have you tried reinstalling the app? see if that helps
Also, try going to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps - >Bevel -> Turn OFF all -> Turn ON all to retrigger the permissions

Randell - I uninstalled the app on my phone and reinstalled it. When I opened the app I allowed sharing of all health data and then it performed a sync and worked. All data is back. Thank you!
