Please can you integrate recipes from Hello fresh and vorworks cookido, it’s very time consuming adding the recipes in by individual ingredient and you also get a different calorie total as well. On the lose it app, all these recipes can be added in very easily just by searching for them

Photo log of meal can’t process nutrition facts box?
Ethan Farmer
I took a photo of the packaging of my meal and the app processed every macro incorrectly

Hi Ethan Farmer, Can you please send a screenshot of your food log data and the meal that you took photo of?
Ethan Farmer
Randell here they are - thank you!
Randell
Ethan Farmer: Hi Ethan, can you go to Nutrition -> Tap the three-dot icon -> Report Food and log this there?
I'll merge this ticket with an existing one, as this is an issue we're actively working on. The Nutrition database is continuously being improved for better accuracy with barcoded log items.

Randell submitted, thank you!

Ethan Farmer: Just a follow-up question, did you scan the barcode for this particular food or you just took a photo of the labels to log it?
Ethan Farmer
Randell photo of the label, it does not have a barcode.
Randell
Ethan Farmer: I see. Bevel currently doesn’t support logging food by taking a photo of the nutrition label.
For now, you can log food in two ways:
- Scan the barcode
- Search for the food manually via the Nutrition log
We are working on a feature that will allow logging custom food using a photo of the nutrition label in the future.

Per Randell’s comment to me on Reddit, here is a missing UPC. Order UPCs from this vendor are recognized.

Incorrect “Added Sugars” Score for Plain Espresso
Radoslav Oleksak
Hello,
I noticed an issue with the food quality scoring for plain espresso in the Bevel app. I logged a shot of high-quality espresso (without any sugar, milk, or other additions), but the app shows an “Added Sugars” score of 100/100.
Espresso, when consumed plain, does not contain added sugars. Its natural sugar content is negligible and comes from the coffee beans themselves. This seems to be a misclassification or a bug in the app’s database.
Attached is a screenshot showing the incorrect score. Could you please look into this and correct it?
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Best regards,
Randell
Hi Radoslav Oleksak, Thanks for reporting this. We have an existing ticket for incorrect Food Quality scores and improvements to the Nutrition database. I'll merge this ticket for you.
