RHR from Garmin (via Apple Health) not synched with Bevel

My RHR values in Apple Health originate from Garmin Connect. However, they are not synced with Bevel. I suspect, it is because of the time stamp 0:00 (midnight), since manually entered values with another time stamp sync perfectly fine.

RHR calculation is set to “Apple Health” and “ All Day”.

Hi all, I linked my bevel pro account to connect for RHR but i have only 16 data in the last month on bevel instead of 28 data in connect.

Michele Beltrami: I see, the reason why your data isn't being read here accurately by Bevel is because of the 00:00 timestamp. This is an issue that we are currently aware of and still working on a fix.

For now, let me merge this ticket for you to an existing one.

Michele Beltrami: Can you please try to clear cache and reload all data again. This could be an issue with Connect rewriting the data to Apple Health every time you open the app connect app.

Also, please go to Apple Health -> RHR -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data", then screenshot the view for me.

Now i have all the data but the avarage is 52,9 (entire sleep) instead of 47 on connect and apple health..

Michele Beltrami: can you please share a screenshot of your charts again in Bevel and Apple Health? Also, please include your Calculation settings as well.

And, have you tried clearing cache and reload all data in Bevel? To do this, please go to Bevel -> Profile, scroll down to the bottom.

Michele Beltrami: Can you change your setup with the Use RHR From: "Entire Sleep" to "Entire Day"? See if this will fix it for you.

Please note that "Entire Sleep" here means that the app will only consider the RHR data that was logged during your Sleep period. So, if your RHR data from connect falls outside your Sleep period, then it won't be pulled in.

28 data in connect and 16 data in bevel. Bevel is set to take data from connect.

Also, this data in "connect" is synced to Apple Health, correct?

Hi Michele Beltrami, Can you please share more info or screenshots for this? Are you saying that you have 28 historical data points of RHR in Apple Health and Bevel only shows you 16?
