Probably you have a couple of awake stages during your sleep? Were you able to set up your sleep goal correctly?

Pitou0x: that was my sleep! Look at the sleep need. I think it’s due to the fact that since I’ve only had my sleep tracked 3 nights, the app thinks I needed way more sleep that the 7 hours I got last night.

@jpolettez: damn that’s some crazy sleep bank. Try going to settings and scroll to bottom. Clear Cache.
It’s also possible since you just got your Apple Watch theres a bug that makes all the empty days as full negative instead of 0.
