Sleep score different on phone and watch
G

After updating to the latest watch version I noticed this morning that the sleep score is different between my phone and Apple Watch. Haven’t seen that happen before the update. Baselines are synced

Thanks for the report. We're investigating on our end.
Grey
Gregory Meier, I want to follow up on this. Are you still seeing this issue?

Grey. It all seems sorted now with the new App. Many thanks.
Grey

Thank you for reporting. What device do you use to track your sleep?
Eli
Grey I use my Apple Watch
Grey
Eli: Got it. Thank you for sharing. Let me look into this.
Just to be clear, you're saying the data is off every day? Or only some days?
Eli
Grey actually on most of the days, but always a small difference
Today it looks like this:
Could it be because the iCloud status on the watch isn‘t available? I can‘t turn in on but on the iPhone app the status is connected
Grey
Eli: Ah gotcha. Ok that is probably why. A couple of questions to help debug:
- Do you have enough storage space on iCloud?
- Is your watch connected to the internet?
- What does iCloud status say on the iOS app?
- Did you use multiple iCloud accounts on your phone?
- How many watch do you have paired to your iPhone?
Eli
Grey
- yes there is enough space
- connected to the internet
- on the iOS app the status is connected
- only 1 iCloud account
- I had 2 watches connected, I checked the older watch app and there the Status was connected. I deleted the watch from my account and reinstalled the Watch app on my newer watch but the status still isn‘t connected. Do you know how to connect this watch?
Eli
Grey
Know it worked, thanks! I deleted my older watch from my iCloud account
Grey
Eli: Ok perfect, I am glad that this fixed it and helpful to know so we can help other users debug in the future. Thanks for following up.
