Grey thats the one from yesterday which said i was better than usual, what i realised is that as day goes on my stress coaching changed to say it was normal,

Perhaps it under estimates the non activity stress?

I think the coaching on the stress has to be smarter and maybe say, i.e. you were less stressed during your sleep, but this this morning is taking a toll on you
