Hi Nikko Mack, Can you try to reinstall the Bevel watch app and see if this fixes it for you?

I still have the error after reinstalling the Watch app and syncing the workout I have. I double checked the Health permissions too.
Randell
Nikko Mack Can you please send a screenshot or screen recording of this error?
Also, can you go to Apple Health -> Workouts -> Scroll down to “Data Sources & Access”. Screenshot the view for me

If it matters, I’m currently in the two week trial period

Nikko Mack: Can you scroll down to the screenshot "Data Sources & Access" and send a screenshot again? I'd like to check if Bevel is in the list of "Data Sources"

Nikko Mack Can you try to restart both your watch and phone to see of this fixes it for you?
N
Nikko Mack
Randell The error still appears after restarts of both.

Nikko Mack Hi Nikko, I'm jumping in for Randell here. Can you try reinstalling your iOS app?
N
Nikko Mack
Grey reinstalled the iOS app, issue persists. Verified that the same data sharing permissions from above are also enabled.

Update: I disabled workout data sharing on this screen, and then went back to the Bevel app and tried to start a new strength training. Suddenly it started working. After that I re-enabled the workout data sharing, and so far it’s still working.

Nikko Mack I had exactly the same issue, found this thread with your update above. I turned off the 2 workout options as you did, no change. Turned them back on and now working! (I had already tried turning all of the options on and off several times, seems to be specific to just the workout-related options). (Randell for your info!)
Randell
Vicky Murdoch: Thanks for sharing this info. Just to be clear, you disabled or turned off both "Workout Routes" & "Workout" and turned it On back again specifically, not the "Turn Off all" and "Turn On all" permissions, correct?
Randell
Also, Nikko Mack Thanks for sharing and confirming that this is now fixed. Let me close this ticket now for you
N
Nikko Mack
Randell Yes, this is what I had to do. The “Turn Off/On All” buttons didn’t work, but the specific ones for workouts did.
Randell
Nikko Mack: Thanks for sharing this!

Vicky Murdoch
Randell correct, as Nikko said “all” had no impact.
Randell
Vicky Murdoch Did you experience this issue again?
