Watch app won’t load data correctly
under review
Edward Santos Rodriguez
The data on the watch app appears correct for less than a second. Then marks everything as no data. Energy levels are always slightly correct.
I have deleted the cache multiple times, delete and reinstalled the app from the watch.
Also after every Health resync some off Data permissions from health deactivate

Hi Edward Santos Rodriguez, I'd like to follow up on this. Are you still experiencing this issue?

Hi Edward Santos Rodriguez, Can you please send a screenshot of which data is not loading correctly for you? For both the Phone and Watch?
Also, have you tried syncing up the Baselines and iCloud? You can do this by going to Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Baseline/iCloud, Open both Watch and Phone side by side and wait for it to sync to the latest.

I have tried all of that multiple times.
It works for just a second and then changes
Randell
Edward Santos Rodriguez: Can you please confirm which Model of the Apple Watch are you using?
Also, Can you send a screenshot as well of your Baselines and iCloud to confirm that it synced to the latest? I just wanted to confirm this one so we can proceed to check and see for other possible reasons why it is not syncing properly on your end.

Apple Watch SE ( I believe 2022)

Edward Santos Rodriguez: Thanks for the screenshots. Can you please confirm if your Apple Watch is currently Paired to your iPhone?
Also, Can you please provide some screenshot again of the following for me?
Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation. Screenshot this view
Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Sleep. Screenshot this view for me
Edward Santos Rodriguez
Randell: it is linked to this iPhone
Randell
Edward Santos Rodriguez: Have you tried restarting both your Apple Watch and Phone to force a sync and see if this fixes it for you?
For the Energy Bank values, please note that the watch OS determines the rate at which the complications refresh. Usually, it's around 15 minutes for the Stress/Energy Bank history complication and around 30 minutes for the other complications/app value.

Yes, I delete the cache. And uninstalled the app on the watch
Randell
Edward Santos Rodriguez: I see. For the workout, can you please go to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Bevel -> Turn off manually both "Workouts" and "Workout Effort Score"
Go to Bevel -> Force close the app
Go to Apple Health again -> Sharing -> Bevel -> manually turn On both "Workouts" and "Workout Effort Score"
Don't use the Turn Off all/Turn On all for this.
Then go to your Bevel watch app -> and let it sync and see if the scores gets corrected.
I'd like to check if this will fix the Strain issue sync.
Randell
Also, can you please quickly confirm and send a screenshot of what the iCloud status view on your Bevel app looks like? Go to Bevel -> Profile -> iCloud Sync. Screenshot the view for me

Tried this:
The same thing happened.
Correct scores for a second the vanished
Randell
Edward Santos Rodriguez: I see. Based on what you've shared, all the Bevel app settings and configurations I've asked about are set to their default, which is correct.
Can you go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> HRV/Heart Rate. Screenshot the view on both for me?
Also, just to confirm you are only using 1 Apple Watch, correct? with 1 Apple ID/iCloud Account.
I apologize for the back-and-forth with the screenshots I've been requesting. I just want to ensure that every setting is thoroughly checked to rule out any potential causes for this issue. I truly appreciate your patience throughout this process.

Yes, just one watch on one iCloud account.
I understand you have to make sure it’s not user error before classifying it as a bug or something so no worries.
Am sorry if my text are a bit too serious or insensitive English is not my first lenguage
Randell
Edward Santos Rodriguez: I see, Thank you for sharing all these.
Can you try again tonight and see if this issue persists? How long have you been having this issue where your values on Watch doesn't match on your Bevel app? Is it just today?
Edward Santos Rodriguez
Randell
Still not working, I was able to make workouts work by using this menu
Randell
Edward Santos Rodriguez: Are you still having the same issues for Strain and Recovery where values are not matching on your Apple Watch Bevel app and Phone app?
Can we please try the following and see if this will fix it for you?
- Re-pair your Watch and Phone
- Make sure your iCloud is logged in.
- Make sure you are on the latest update version of the app (1.3.16 - you can check this by going to Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom)
Also, how long have you been using the app? Did you experience this issue just recently? After the recent update?
Edward Santos Rodriguez
Randell I really don’t want to re-pair my watch I had to do that once and lost all my settings. It’s still happening as of right now I am trying the workout mode on the watch and the hearth rate is not displayed
Randell
Edward Santos Rodriguez: Hi, can you try and go to Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Tap "Resync Health"
Edward Santos Rodriguez
Randell still looks the same afterwards. It’s a weird error because every time it shows the correct data it reloads to being wrong. It’s like to sources are fighting for the spot.
I have realized the only data it has is the one obtained by the watch. Sleep has the correct percentage because it was recorded by the watch. Strain only has the strain obtained during todays exercise recorded by the watch. Same with energy.
I am new to the app so I waited a bit too see if it was just a fluke
Randell
Edward Santos Rodriguez: I see, can you try to Hide your AutoSleep and Pillow data sources on your Bevel Data Sources settings? Go to Bevel -> Profile -> Sleep -> "Hide Data Sources"
Also, the reason why I wanted you to re-pair your Watch and Phone is to make sure that both your devices are syncing correctly. We've had similar cases before and re-pairing it again fixed the issue.
When you mentioned you "lost all my settings" can you try to clarify that? Was that Bevel specific? or your watch in General when re-pairing it?
