Watch complication not working/syncing

The Apple Watch complication for recovery, sleep and strain is not updating. The app itself on the Apple Watch and iPhone is synced though. It just does not show on the complication on the watch face. Restarting my iPhone and Apple Watch did not solve the issue.

Hi Al Shop, Can you please try to sync your Baseline and iCloud on your Bevel watch app? To do this, please go to Bevel watch app -> Gear icon -> iCloud/Baseline see if both are synced to the latest. Please provide screenshots

Al Shop: I see, can you please try to tap the complication and see if this will load the value for you? Also, try to re-add it as well. I believe this is the 3 ring complication (overview), correct?

Randell Tried re-adding the app to the watch, not working. When I tap the complication it brings me into the app and the value is correct. It’s just the complication that’s not showing the value and the circular bars was inaccurate to the app’s value.

Al Shop: Gotcha, can you please confirm you Apple Watch model and the watchOS version it is currently running?

Also, can you please try to do the following for me:

Go to your Apple Watch
on the selection of apps menu, find Bevel and long tap/press on it
Delete the Bevel watch app by tapping "X" at the upper right corner
Once you deleted the Bevel watch app, please head to your Phone Watch app
Then scroll down to the bottom, you will find Bevel under "Available Apps"
Reinstall it by tapping "Install".
After installing, try to add your complications again if it is missing (please try to wait a few more minutes as it might just need to load) and see if this will fix the issue for you.

Tried your suggestion, now the complication is not showing except when “stress” is chosen.

Al Shop: Thank you for confirming. For the complication, you should be able to tap it, and it should eventually load. Can you please try to re-add it?

Randell it loaded in the watch Bevel app when I tap the complication, however the complication still isn’t synced.

Al Shop Hi, we are still looking into this, so far it is just your watch that’s having the issue on the latest version (2.1.8). Can you actually please do me a favor and send your Apple Watch logs? To do this, please go to your Apple Watch Bevel app -> Gear Icon -> Tap “Send logs” once done please email us at hello@bevel.health your Email Address or Apple ID you have used to Log in/register to Bevel.

Al Shop Also, just to note here the troubleshooting steps that we did, can you please kindly confirm for me

Restart the Watch
Reinstall the Bevel watch app
Synced Baseline and iCloud
Re-adding the complications
Updated to latest version of the app which is 2.1.8

Still the issue persist with your 3 main metric (Strain, Recovery, and Sleep) complications not displaying the correct value.

Randell Logs and email sent. And yes I can confirm I did all the troubleshooting steps. I can confirm that only the 3 main metric complications are not displaying the correct value. Body battery and stress complications are working fine.

Al Shop: Gotcha, and can you please confirm the Bevel app version your are in right now? You can check this by going to Bevel -> Profile, scroll down to the bottom. I want to confirm and verify this so if you can send a screenshot, that would be great.
