Widgets stuck at default 15, 90, 80.
Corey Rutledge
My widgets never reflect my actual data and are always stuck at 15, 90, 80. They worked for about a day or so after one of the previous updates and then stopped. This also happens on my laptop widget. IOS 26.2, iPhone 17 pro max, bevel 2.4.0.

Hi Corey Rutledge, Thanks for reporting this. Have you tried re-adding this widget or restarting your device? see if any of these helps?
Also, are you using the app via laptop and that is where it is stuck on the pre-view values?
Corey Rutledge
Randell thanks for the reply, i have restarted my phone, removed and re-added the widgets, deleted bevel and re-downloaded it. The widget on my laptop is via my phone so it’s showing the same values as the daily overview on my phone.

Corey Rutledge: I see. Can you also please send your logs? To send it, go to:
- Bevel Phone app -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Send logs to Developer".
Once done, please email me at hello@bevel.health the name and email address you've used to log in to the app.

Having similar issues overnight on my phone for some widgets. I did try removing and adding them back to my Home Screen. However even in the Home Screen edit page they were blank.
Also tried installing a bevel update this morning and restarting my phone, this did not help.

I have just noticed the water widget doesn’t add any water when taping the ‘+’, it blinks, but does nothing - remains at zero ml
Randell
Andrew Carfax-Foster: Hi Andrew, in regards to the water widget- are you still experiencing the issue?

Apple Watch complication stuck as grey placeholder after update
G
Guillaume Duc
Hello,
Since the latest update, the Bevel complication on my Apple Watch no longer refreshes. After several reinstallations and device restarts, the complication now appears as a grey square (no content rendered).
Here is what I have already checked:
– Reinstalled the app on both iPhone and Apple Watch
– Restarted both devices
– Verified all permissions (Background App Refresh, Health access, Activity access, etc.)
– Opened the Bevel app on the watch to initialize data
– Tested on multiple watch faces and multiple complication slots
– Other third-party complications refresh normally
It seems that the Bevel complication fails to render its view (grey placeholder), which suggests an issue in the complication rendering extension on watchOS.
Phone : IPhone 17 pro Max - IOS 26.2
Bevel on IOS : 2.3.1
Bevel on WatchOS : 2.3.1
Could you confirm if this is a known issue, or if a fix is planned?
Thank you!

Hi Guillaume Duc, Thanks for reporting this. Yes, we are currently investigating and working on a fix for this issue. Just wanted to confirm, is it possible for you to share a screenshot of what the complication looks like on your end?
Also, can you please go to your Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Baseline/ICLoud, screenshot the view for both as well and share it here.

Hi Lauritz Schoo, thanks for reporting. Could you also please share a screenshot of your Bevel Nutrition view?
Are you currently using the latest version 2.3.1? To verify this, please go to Bevel → Profile and scroll all the way down.
