I use mixed cardio for my hiit workouts. It's pulling up a random distance, pace, and splits. This should be fixed as this wasn't a run or a walk, everything happened in the gym.

Maximo Chaio: It seems like Apple Health does record a distance value here. For data integrity purposes, Bevel will pull in all data that's from Apple Health.

In your case, I believe a better workout would be HIIT on your Apple Watch versus Mixed Cardio. AFAIK, Mixed Cardio is usually used for actual distance workouts so it makes sense to show distance here.
