Hi Kelly Ezell, Let me try to help you with this.
Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources, screenshot the view for me?
K
Kelly Ezell
Randell I don’t see anything that says profile?

Kelly Ezell Hi, my apologies for the confusion. It should be your Profile picture in the upper right corner of the app.
Randell
Kelly Ezell Thanks for this screenshot. I’d like to confirm- is this your first time wearing your Apple Watch?
Also, can you please check if your watch is on Low-power mode?
K
Kelly Ezell
Randell it is not on low power mode and I’ve worn the watch for about 6 years, everyday.

Kelly Ezell: I see, thank you for answering that. I'd like to verify 2 more screenshots if possible-
Can you please kindly send me the following screenshots?
- Bevel home view and your Stress page view.
- Apple Health -> Heart Rate -> Scroll down to "Show all data", tap it -> Tap on today's date -> Screenshot the view for me.
Randell
Kelly Ezell: Also, for this screenshot that you have provided, it seems like you have 2 sources of Heart Rate data, can you please tap on this (Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Heart Rate) and screenshot the view for me?

Kelly Ezell: Thank you for the screenshots it seems like your "Today's Stress" is updated as of the latest so we can confirm that.
Now, for your sleep data- It seems like you have 0 sources being recognized for sleep here and I would like to verify this. Can you please go to Apple Health -> Sleep -> Scroll down to "Show all data", tap it and screenshot the view for me?

Kelly Ezell: Hm gotcha. Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Sleep -> "Hide data sources", and check if your watch is added to the list of hidden sources there?
K
Kelly Ezell
Randell it doesn’t give me an option to add anything.
Randell
Kelly Ezell: I see now. It looks like Bevel isn't able to read the data from Apple Health for this.
Let's try this:
- Go to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel
- Turn all permissions Off, then turn them On again
- Make sure everything is toggled On for both Read and Write data
Once done, force close the Bevel app, reopen it, and check if the Sleep Data Sources now show your latest data. It should look like the screenshot I attached.
K
Kelly Ezell
Randell it’s all there now!!!!
Randell
Kelly Ezell: Nice, now- we have to check for your Recovery score and why it is not showing. Can you go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation, screenshot the view for me?

Kelly Ezell: I see, gotcha. Can you please check the following for me in Apple Health?
- Apple Health -> Heart Rate -> scroll down to "Show all data", tap it -> tap on today's log -> Screenshot a good chunk of Heart Rate raw data that falls within your sleep period.
- Apple Health -> Heart Rate Variability -> scroll down to "Show all data", tap it -> tap on today's log -> Screenshot a good chunk of HRV raw data that falls within your sleep period.

Kelly Ezell: I see, it seems like your Apple Watch only recorded 2-3 HRV data points during your sleep.
Can we try again tonight but lets make sure about the following:
- Turn on Sleep Focus Mode before sleeping.
- Ensure your watch has enough battery before sleeping to prevent it from entering Low Power Mode.
- Optional: Turn on AFib History for more HR readings.
K
Kelly Ezell
Randell I will try that tonight and get back to you.
