Edit Workout (running/swimming/biking) Distance and Time

As someone who does mostly indoor running workouts, one thing that constantly annoys me about using AW as opposed to a Garmin is the fact that Apple Watch instructs users to run outdoors at least 20 min to “calibrate” the distance tracking whereas with Garmin you can literally calibrate the distance at the end of every treadmill run. Despite going on several outdoor runs, I find that my distance that the AW records is always different than what the treadmill shows, sometimes as much as 0.5 miles on longer runs. I would love it if Superset could somehow incorporate a workout tracker for things other than weightlifting where at the end, the distance could be edited prior to pushing the data to Apple Health. I’m not sure if this is even possible, but it would be great to have my running stats accurately reflect my distance and other metrics (e.g. pace) which are currently off due to Apple’s decision to not let users manually correct their distance at the conclusion of a running workout.

Bevel has more rich activity logs than most other fitness apps. And even ones that do log more than just heart rate and duration dont sync that data. Itd be nice to be able to add metrics like weight used and rep/set counts, or movement type and duration, to an activity that was synced in from a 3rd party app like tempo or apple fitness+
Leah
Hi Harper You can still add exercises after an activity is completed. Just open the completed workout and add or edit the details there. Please let me know if you need any help!

Leah that is not true when the activity is tracked from another source, such as apple fitness or tempo. My watch is always miscalculating my treadmill pace and distance and my treadmill doesn’t play nice with gym kit, so the distance is often off by upwards of half a mile. And tempo keeps track of my reps, sets and exercises, but the only way i can add that into bevel is if i add it as a second workout activity, which will duplicate the activity and mess up my strain score. I understand there may be other work arounds with this but the most logical and direct solution is to give bevel the ability to annotate or modify the activity log on bevel’s side. Or for apple to allow activities to be modified on their end but i think everyone knows that isn’t going to happen
Leah
Harper: I understand. I thought you meant the strength training details. Thanks for clarifying! I’ll add this as a feature request for the ability to annotate or modify activity details directly within Bevel.

Ability to edit (or refresh) distance data from Garmin/Apple Health

If I go for a run on a treadmill, my Garmin isn’t super accurate. I have to save the workout, then edit it, which isn’t difficult at all.
Bevel syncs and saves the workout as soon as it gets to Apple health, before I can edit it. I then edit it, delete it from Apple health, re sync, and nothing happens. If I delete it from Bevel, it won’t ever resync, but no amount of refreshing, cache clearing or app restarting will correct it.
A simple, streamlined way for me to edit even the distance would be awesome, or at least a button to refresh with new data from the workout. As it stands I have to either delete and manually log the data, forgoing all the HR data collected, or just deal with an incorrect distance, which skews data over time.

Edit or adjust Apple health workout. There is no reasonable mechanism to adjust the end time of a workout in Apple - this is mainly an issue when I forget to end a workout. This has been a huge longstanding pain point for Apple health users

I would be happy if you have tracked a workout and the distance is not right or the time of the completed training that you have completed with another app like z.B. Oura has done editing can already do z.B. When swimming, the distance is wrong because you can't track it with Oura but I would like to add it later
