While the Cardio Load feature is helpful, I’d love to see a separate Running Load section in Bevel.
The current cardio load includes all forms of cardio—like cycling or elliptical—which don’t have the same impact as running. Since running places more strain on the body, it would be useful to track its load separately. A dedicated Running Load section would help monitor weekly increases (e.g. the 10% rule), reduce injury risk, and better guide safe and effective run training.
