I think it's time to update and improve the app for the Apple Watch. It feels stagnant or outdated. I would even go so far as to say that I liked the initial version better than the current one and was more useful.

Hope an app redesign is in the works already. Active design and limited complications don't fit Bevel's iphone app.

In my opinion, the watch app design doesn’t complement the phone app. The home screen lacks visual appeal. I would love for a redesign featuring tiles or cards that can be customized, with the option to pin graphs on the home screen. This would enhance usability on the Apple Watch and provide more data. My primary concern isn’t with the app itself but the home screen. I’ve attached an image from another app that I believe looks much better. Overall, I think the bevel experience is much better and more premium than other apps, and I want the watch app to feel the same way.

Better watch complications and widgets

Love the bevel app and its accuracy, but at the moment im just having to use the peak watch and Athlytic widgets & complications on my Apple Watch as there are many more options to choose for with much more detail or with more intuitive designs. On these apps there are also other options with less detail but look better - even in the free versions - the design of the bevel watch widgets seem pretty outdated, especially with the graphs which are very sharp and basic.

From a design perspective the watch app is a punch inbthe eye. The apple watch is rectangular, so having a circular design doesn't make full use of the screen space. Also the gray-ish color don't fully blend into the background, making it looks a bit vintage so to speak.
Fitiv came up with a pleasant way (at least for me) to show all the meaningful data.
