Blood pressure data
O
Olivier LANG
Hi Bevel team,
I’m really enjoying the app and the clarity it brings to my daily health metrics. One feature that would make it even more valuable is the ability to track and integrate blood pressure data, especially since many connected blood pressure monitors already sync with Apple Health.
Having this metric included in Bevel’s insights and trends would provide a more complete picture of cardiovascular health and recovery.
Thanks for considering this addition — it would be a great enhancement to an already excellent tool.
Best regards,
Olivier

Hypertension tracking

Apple Watch implemented hypertension feature but doesn’t give us enough insight into it.
It would be nice to know more about it

Having bevel ai have access to this would really help me stay on track with health when I ask questions about it and it’s progress.

Would love to see this implemented! My doctor recommended that I track this metric twice a day so it’d be useful to see this alongside my heart rate values.

Integration of blood pressure data into Bevel from Apple Health or Withings.
• Possibility to export nutrition data via Excel for nutritionist monitoring for example.
• Addition of the number of steps on the home screen.
• Added voice input via Siri or iOS shortcut to save food.
• partnership with a manufacturer or smart cooking scale app to automatically transmit the weight of food.

High Blood Pressure Dashboard for Natural Normalization
J
Johnathan Edgerton
Bevel already aids high blood pressure (hypertension) management through stress, sleep, activity, and nutrition tracking.
Let's add a dedicated High Blood Pressure Dashboard to empower natural normalization (<120/80 mmHg) and benefit millions with pre-hypertension or stage 1 (per CDC stats). Based on American Heart Association guidelines for lifestyle interventions, it could include:
- Sync BP readings (manual entry or Bluetooth cuff via Apple Health).
- Track trends and set personalized normalization goals.
- Deliver AI-powered 4-week plans (e.g., DASH diet, 150 min weekly exercise, stress reduction protocols).
- Send smart reminders and predictive alerts (e.g., "Poor sleep may cause BP spike—try this breathing exercise").
Goal: Help users lower BP by 10–20 mmHg through lifestyle alone, reducing reliance on medications with side effects. Position Bevel as a leading tool for BP control, with potential to expand dashboards for other conditions like diabetes or heart health.

Blood pressure logging
Dmitry
Hey. I think it could be interesting for users who have high/low blood pressure or just looking at it daily - to sync BP from AH and to mark it additionally on the stress chart. So we can check if there is a correlation between BP and stress events as well.

Add more metrics in biology
C
Carson Lewis
I would like to see more metrics available in the biology tab. Especially blood pressure, which can be manually added or imported with Apple Health. This could tie into the stress score and could also be listed in the stress tab since increased blood pressure correlates with stress. Also, please add the hypertension notifications and sleep apnea monitoring from the Apple Watch so it can integrate with the app. The sleep apnea monitoring could be added to the biology tab or it could be just added into the sleep score/sleep tab. I would also love to see lab integration in the biology tab. Labs could be manually added, such as uploading a screenshot of my labs, and have AI sort and log it.
