Biology: Show bloodwork & biomarkers

Something like this? Not only automatically connected with some sanitary app, but also by manually entering them or even better, using the camera and AI, showing it the paper with the bloodworks and it autopopulate the fields.
It could even communicate with nutrition and food to help you understand correlations of what you eat and your bloodwork results.
AI could find correlations between your habits and blood results(like a period of time you were more exposed to sun and had higher vitamin D results).
Just ideas.

Could you guys please make a space for lab test results where we can add FBC with basic info like WBC / RBC etc.

An integration with Function Health to share health insights would make a nice addition. I have attached a picture of their current integrations as an example (I do have Function sharing with Apple Health, but I am not sure what benefit that is providing to me in Bevel). This would only be an advantage if Bevel could use the data to provide more consistency and intelligence in the overall information it provides for overall potential. Thanks.

blood test monitoring

The ability to upload my blood findings and compare them over time. For example, to see the effect of my training or diet also on blood production. Also to see certain blood levels, for example, and get recommendations to improve them.

Bloodwork/Lab Integration

I think integrating bloodwork/labs into the biology tab or its own new section would be a great addition to Bevel. Users would be able to use existing labs and upload them into bevel intelligence or manually enter them to import. Each lab would have normal ranges or optimal ranges and bevel intelligence could give feedback on how to improve each lab such as recommending foods to eat. It could also integrate throughout the app and bevel intelligence could consider recent lab work to better guide recommendations for recovery and sleep.

Import supplements and lab testing + analyze trends
Zachary Eklov
I don’t find a ton of utility in the journal feature because it’s a lot of manual work to make sure it’s accurate. What I would find super helpful is being able to scan my supplement stack and set a frequency that I take those so they automatically populate daily and then track those against lab values I could import in. This is helpful for using supplements or even lifestyle modifications to then track progress.
For example, I am currently a Function Health member and am trying to reduce some my out of range biomarkers. I am making exercise, diet and supplement changes and then tracking how those changes impact my biomarkers and then making adjustments from there. It would be awesome to be able to track these trends in the app.
So my request boils down to:
- Ability to scan supplements to easily track in the app
- Ability to important lab values (e.g. Function Health)
- Ability to track behaviors and interventions to analyze trends and what works for my body.

Blood Results Integration for Personalized Training & Nutrition

It would be very valuable if the app could include an option to input blood test results (e.g., iron, vitamin D, magnesium, cholesterol, glucose).
Based on these values, the software could then:
• Highlight possible deficiencies and suggest relevant foods or supplements.
• Recommend training adaptations (e.g., focus more on cardio if cardiovascular markers are weak, or strength work if energy metabolism markers are solid).
• Score and visualize how current nutrition and recovery align with optimal ranges.
• Provide reminders for follow-up tests or adjustments over time.
This feature would bring training and recovery tracking one step closer to a holistic health management tool, combining performance with real physiological data.

Is it possible to be able to take into account the test results done with my Contour reader? I don't see it and I have no data that seems to be taken into account by Bevel! Thanks

Importability of medical tests/investigations

Blood sugar is already more or less integrated (although here, too, accurate measurements of long-term sugar and medication taken would be nice to be able to import or enter them directly and receive background analyses and final health recommendations adjusted accordingly; see request here: https://feedback.bevel.health/feature-requests/p/bolus-calculator-insulin-tracking-for-type-1-diabetics). However, many other diseases (be it hypertension, metabolic diseases in general, or accidents/diseases associated with medication) completely lack the opportunity to include this in Bevel! This is not about medically correct recording of effects and/or dosage recommendations for medication (I know that is not possible), but much more about completing the presentation of individual health, as well as possible findings (when integrated into AI analysis) as to which habits also tend to have an effect on the known disease/medication/symptoms!
... my case as a more precise example: had heart valve surgery and am immune with a mechanical valve on the go, so I have to take blood thinners (Marcoumar) in an appropriate dose to keep the coagulation (i.e. clotting of my blood) within the target range set by doctors. To do this, I regularly measure my blood myself (via a so-called INR value). I would like to feed this into Bevel to find out from Bevel that apply to me personally, such as the effects of vitamin K, stress, and sport on my INR.
... I very strongly assume that I am not the only one with this case and that patients with other diseases/medications/symptoms would also benefit enormously from such an implementation!
