Link to Samsung food - and Instructions for recipe adding please.

Samsung food is the very best recipe library and meal planning app I’ve ever used and o wish their content could link with bevel. They generate macros and micros for created and saved recipes and if that info could be auto imported with a recipe that would be amazing.

Unfortunately, I still have to use Yazio as the Bevel app recognizes very few products.

Would 1:1 integration be possible so that it not only transfers the values but also the meals? I've been using Yazio for many years and would love to continue using it together.

Application-specific feed additions are not effective... can information be retrieved otherwise via another application such as Nutrilio for example? Or via iPhone health?

It would be helpful to be able to read out the food you have created yourself in Yazio. That way you don't have to do it twice.

Allow all features of nutrition via Apple health data
J
Jake F
I feel that bevel trying to be the sole place for every single bit of data to be logged (strength training, calorie counting etc. ) is a fine goal to have but is honestly unrealistic for the time being.
The fact is, it is unreasonable to expect bevel nutrition logging to be on par with mynetdiary or myfitnesspal. Or for built in strength training to be on par with Strong, as you are not an app solely focused on that, so because of that I really feel that Apple health data should allow the app to function fully. I feel picking the niche of being a data aggregator and analyzer is much more suited to what you have made and what I would find useful.
Currently the nutrition score and other features relating to it do not work if not logging the foods within the app. The data is all there in Apple health and it can see the macros, please just let the app work using data sources we like.

Automatic Food & Nutrition Sync from Calorie Counter
T
Tyler Chaney
Summary
Add an integration that allows Bevel to automatically import logged food data from Calorie Counter, including full nutritional information and branded food details.
Description
When I log food in Calorie Counter, I would love for Bevel to automatically pull in all related food data without requiring any manual re-entry. This would allow Bevel to present a more complete picture of nutrition alongside recovery, performance, and health metrics.
Requested Data to Sync
• Food name
• Brand (where applicable)
• Serving size and quantity
• Calories
• Macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fats)
• Micronutrients (e.g. sugar, fibre, sodium, etc.)
• Meal timing (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)
Why This Matters
• Reduces friction and duplicate logging across apps
• Enables more accurate correlations between nutrition, recovery, strain, and overall health
• Makes Bevel a more complete “single source of truth” for lifestyle and performance insights
• Particularly valuable for users who already track food consistently elsewhere
Ideal Behaviour
• Automatic background sync after food is logged
• Support for branded foods as well as generic entries
• Clear indication in Bevel that nutrition data was imported (not manually entered)
• Optional manual refresh/sync button
Use Case Example
I log my meals throughout the day in Calorie Counter as normal. Bevel then automatically reflects my daily calorie intake, macros, and key nutrition data, allowing me to see how food intake impacts my recovery, sleep, and readiness scores.
