Hey there, Amanda Zepp is now writing HRV into Apple Health but I don't have a recovery score. (I Just installed the app and enabled access to everything).
Anything I should do to get access to it ?

Can you please first share a screenshot of the following for me?
- Apple Health -> HRV -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data" -> tap on today's log, then screenshot the view for me.
- Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation, screenshot the view for me.

Clément Agarini: I see. Since you are importing data from another device/app, you will need to change it Apple Health instead of Bevel. Can you please try that, see if it works?

Hi Amanda,
I know there have been some challenges, but I wanted to let you know that Intervals.icu has added support for importing data from Zepp (Amazfit).
Could you please check out this thread:
All the data can now be imported, and I can confirm it’s working — including steps, sleep, sleep score, sleep quality, resting HR, and HRV.

Matjaz Is the hrv imported for all day or only night? I saw in the intervals.icu forum for now they're only importing night hrv, which is ok, but would not work for stress chart i believe.

Marvin hi, only the average HRV is imported, but Amazfit provides wellness data (HRV) for the entire night via their API. Unfortunately, they are not writing this data to Apple Health.

Hi Matjaz,
We can add this to the roadmap once they add an open API.
In the meantime, there is a manual workaround you can use to populate HRV & Recovery:
- Shortcuts -> "+" -> Search actions "Ask for Input". Set: Ask for [Number] with [Log HRV].
- Search actions "Log Health Sample". Set: Type [Heart Rate Variability]. Set: Value [Ask for Input].
- Automation -> "+" -> Search "App". Set: App: [Zepp] -> Is Closed -> Run Immediately.
- Test this by opening the Zepp app, remembering your HRV value, and closing the app. Check Health -> HRV -> Show All Data, and check if the value is populated.

Amanda, this doesn't work for stress graph right? It only works for recovery but missing the all day hrv, the stress metric(and maybe battery) will not work?

Marvin: That's correct, it is only for Recovery. Since we don't have the HRV or HR during the day, Stress and Energy bank won't populate.

Marvin You are correct, HR is required to populate Stress & Energy Bank. HRV will improve the accuracy & consistency, but is not essential.
