Just also leaving my support for this widget! Probably my most accessed outside of the big three (strain, sleep, recovery), and it would be great to see quickly throughout the day.

Cardio Load widget, complication, add look ahead suggestions

The new cardio load functionality is awesome and one of the biggest enhancements I've been wanting. I think these 3 additions would make it even better:
- Cardio load widget on phone.
- Cardio load complication for watch. Having a ring that shows the current status color is would be a big motivator for me. If I see it showing detraining, I'll pick it up and, and if fatigued or overtraining, take it easy. Being on my watch and seeing it often will make me take the appropriate action.
- A way to look 7 days in the future for the cardio load. This would be great when training for an event, but wanting to taper off so you're freshest for the day of the event. Being able to see 7 days in the future will help to know when to start easing off. The future will show where you'll be each day if you do nothing. I actually use this a lot with HealthFit where you can see each day into the future where your Form (TSB) will be and plan accordingly.

This would be really helpful to keep a day by day eye on things.

Thanks Mike Suiter, we have widgets & complications in the works. For the 7-day outlook, this may be difficult because it's highly dependent on what you choose to do in those 7 days. However, we could add something like "if you maintain your current cardio load & activity pattern, you would be expected to be at
status
in a week." Would have to experiment with this but I see the value.M

Amanda yes, the future would have to be if you do nothing since no way of predicting the intensity of future workouts

After looking at the new cardio load some more, adding to #3 above I think seeing the future in the graph might clutter it up. I think having a section below the cardio load graph with a simple chart for the next 7 days with each status color would be killer! You can easily seeing which day your status will be Peaking (Thu)!

Short-term Long-term Load Widget
Mac
How about a colorful graph highlighting the short-term compared to the long-term load and make it a widget so I can see daily what my acute daily load is doing to my long-term load.

I came here to request this as well. Cardio load and load balance widget would be useful for my strategic planning for the week, as well as adapting during the week based on these values.
Thanks!

Widgets and complications for cardio load, load balance
Jonathan Mousley
It would be great to have both widgets for iPhone for cardio load and load balance as well as complications for the watch (and various sizes, both large that includes an graph and small circular ones that just include the ratio).
