Natively my AW tracks naps as sleep, hence doesn’t differentiate it. Not sure if Garmin does this, so just wondering how would Bevel be able to integrate this if they don’t have a hardware?

How do you track naps? I’m just wondering whether I’m tracking correctly. I have to put my watch into the “sleep” focus in order to get bevel to track the sleep. But the time it takes to get to sleep doesn’t record anything. Do you do the same, and select sleep focus when you nap also?
