Stress notifications
planned (tbd)
Bernardo C.D.A. Vasconcelos
If the app could notify us about stress getting too high, that would be great. The stress level app widget is helpful, but we are not always checking our watches or phones. And, when we do, some apps translate the current stress level into an emoji or allow custom-named stress levels to allow a glance into how one's physiology is faring. I would love to see something similar in Superset. It may sound silly, but I have benefited from such tools and it seems something Superset could have as part of its features based on the data it has available (some apps charge outrageous subscriptions for just this feature and little else).

Energy Bank Threshold Notifications (Apple Watch)
Randell
Add customizable notifications that alert users when their Energy Bank reaches specific percentage thresholds. Notifications should appear on both the iPhone and Apple Watch to help users monitor their energy levels throughout the day.
Requested Functionality
- Allow users to set custom Energy Bank thresholds (e.g., 75%, 50%, 30%, 20%).
- Send push notifications when the Energy Bank crosses those thresholds.
Notifications should appear on: Apple Watch
Optional settings:
- Enable/disable specific thresholds
- Choose whether alerts trigger on drop below or rise above a level
- Silent vs. haptic alerts on Apple Watch

HRV Notifications

There are applications out there that will alert you in real time for your HRV. If you have stress going on, it would be great if there was a way to get similar notifications. What I'm trying to do is be able to take a deep breath or pause or get that HRV increased quickly rather than having to look at a widget or go into the app.

I think many would appreciate being notified when this happens.

Real time testing heart rate notification

Athlytic has a widget on Apple Watch that shows your heart rate in real time. Or every few minutes not sure which I know that when I open the Althytic app the widget is updated to my real heart rate.
Would be great if Bevel can do this as well.
And once this is possible, it would be great to be notified when my heart rate is over 100 for example and I’m resting. Then it should suggest to do a mindful breathing exercises to lower it

It would be good to get a vibration or a notification when the app detects stress when inactive above a certain threshold (say 80%). That way we would know what caused it rather than looking later and trying to figure out what. Also when there is stress and we are immediately notified we can take some action (say box breathing) to get that under control

yes, I was using stress watch app to have a stress thermometer at a glance to do some breathing to take it down when hi. I can kind of know when its high now without it, but its very useful to keep it in mind. is this what this is about?
stresswatch was also not synching properly so I stopped paying for it.

I’m paying for a separate app just for stress alerts (push). Would be great if Bevel could cover this
