Hi Duan Asherah, I'm jumping in for Randell here. Apologies for the crash. We have a fix coming out soon (currently in review). In the meantime, I'd like to add you to our Beta so that you can use the app normally and to confirm that the fix we have fixes it for you.
Does that work? If so, can you share your iCloud email with me?
Duan Asherah
Grey hi my iCloud email is asherahduan@hotmail.com. Thanks
Grey
Duan Asherah: Actually, can you go to the App Store and download the latest update? Let me know if the app is still crashing for you.
Duan Asherah
Grey I just downloaded the update, it works now! Thanks for the update!
Randell
Hi Duan Asherah, Can you please send a screen recording for this issue? you can send it to hello@bevel.health

Randell
Duan Asherah: Hi, Thanks for sending out your Screen Recording. We are currently working on to release a fix regarding this issue asap.

Hi Nathan Lange, Patrick Dollard, David Weinberg, I just pushed out a new build. Can you try again and let me know if it's still crashing?
Nathan Lange
Grey: fixed! Thanks! Checked both the iPhone and AW.
David Weinberg
Grey: fixed! thank you!
Grey
Nathan Lange, David Weinberg: Great! Thanks for checking.
Do you see any differences in your historical scores between this and the previous version?
I made some changes to the data intake from Apple Health to make it more robust, but to the end user nothing should have changed. Please let me know if something looks off to you.
Nathan Lange
Grey: I did a quick comparison of strain from 1.09.666 to 1.09.669 and there were some diffs.
Jan 19th:
666 - 47
669 - 46
Jan 18th:
666 - 22
669 - 19
Jan 17th:
666 - 76
669 - 74
Let me know if you need anything else or if you’d like me to log a bug for this.
Grey
Nathan Lange: thank you. The slight differences are normal.
Does the training load graph look the same for you? Specifically, I’m trying to see if there’s any missing data
Grey
Nathan Lange: Actually, can you download build 670, clear cache, and let me know if the numbers look different for you?
Nathan Lange
Grey: with 670 the numbers are the same as they were with 669 which should be normal now. The numbers for training load from 666 to 670 are still matching for me.
David Weinberg
Grey: I noticed a big difference is steps. 669 was underreporting by a lot (yesterday was 10033 in 669 vs apple health value of 11423).
670 is much better. Now showing 11394 for yesterday.
I thought the step difference was intentional (like you were not counting steps during activities) but I’m glad it’s now much closer to apple health. Is it normal to have that slight difference?
I’m not sure whether the other figures changed since I don’t remember them exactly.
Grey
David Weinberg, Nathan Lange: Thank you for checking.
David Weinberg: The numbers should match, let me double check
Grey
I pushed out a new build that reverted this issue. Can you let me know if there is a difference compared to 666?
Nathan Lange
Grey: David Weinberg I'm seeing this too and logged a separate bug: https://feedback.supersethealth.com/bug-reports/p/step-count-does-not-match-apple-health
Grey
Nathan Lange: Thank you! I'll get it fixed this week
Grey
Patrick Dollard, Nathan Lange, can you share with me the following screenshots?
- Health -> Sleep -> Data sources & Access -> Scroll down to the Data Sources list, and screenshot this
- Health -> Workout -> Data sources & Access -> Scroll down to the Data Sources list, and screenshot this
Nathan Lange
Grey: let me know if you need anything else.
Grey
Nathan Lange: Thank you!
David Weinberg
Grey: I have the same issue so also posting mine if it helps

Grey
Thanks for reporting. I will remove the build for now. Can you install the previous version? I'll work on a fix and get it out asap
Patrick Dollard
Grey: build 666 is working for me now.
Nathan Lange
Grey: Thanks. I’ve reverted back to 666.
