Energy Bank strange behaviour

I updated the app to get Energy bank and I noticed a couple of things.
When I had RMSSD setting for HRV readings my Energy Bank showed 6%, after I switched to SDNN and reload Energy Bank it shoed 44%, then I switched back, reload and it was at 6% again. Then I once again switched to SDNN and my energy bank was at 31%. Then again to RMSSD and it was at 6% and once more to SDNN and now I am at 41%. So different number under SDNN every time. I made a reload every time.
Another thing I noticed is that apple watch app is showing 33% in Energy Bank under SDNN all the time.
And all widgets are showing 10% if its set to SDNN. Under RMSSD all widgets are showing same value as in app - 6%.
Pictures attached are all from my last setting under SDNN.

Energy bug before and after loading data
Mohammed Zaki
Hi
Another bug or issue reported today. Compare the energy in the first screen shot and the second one after reloading the data.
I know my energy bank is lower but first screen shot stated higher than usual.
Please fix the issues in your next release and try your best in the beta testing before release!
Thanks.

Energy ?

Energy percent doesn’t make sense? It says 43 percent higher but it’s only 27? Seems rather low since recent update

Hi Alex Vainer, This is a bug that we are currently looking into. Thanks for reporting!

Hi Mohammed Zaki, this issue should've been fixed with the latest version. Can you let me know if you're still experiencing this issue?
And apologies for the bug. We'll improve our process for testing with the Beta cohort.

Strange HRV in recovery

Strange numbers are showing for me in my recovery. Today I noticed that my recovery was at only 31%, but I felt much better than this. I compered some data with Athlytics and notice a big difference in HRV. Superset calculated avg HRV during the night at 98ms, but my HRV was not under 100ms during the night at all. For example I am attaching screenshot from Athlytics and from Apple Health HRV readings.

Today at the moment Energy bank is showing different values on every device/widget.
iPhone app = 92
Apple Watch app = 91
Apple Watch widget = 89
I restarted all apps and its still same.
Grey
AnzeS: Thank you for the information. What HRV method are you on?
It's important to note that the widgets/complications will be always slightly out of sync since they have their own refresh mechanism.
For the watch and iOS app, I would recommend restarting both apps to ensure that they both refresh before comparing the values.

Grey I was on SDNN. Yesterday after my post I have switched back to RMSSD. And right now, my watch is showing 47% in widget and in app, but iPhone app is showing 43%. I have restarted watch app, but it says the Energy page was last updated 5 minutes ago, it does not refresh on app restart.
Grey
AnzeS: thank you. That's useful to know. Does your Stress look the same across apple watch and iPhone?
A
AnzeS
Grey yes, stress looks the same throughout the day, current stress is the same as well.

Just one more observation regarding Energy Bank.. today I had a really calm lazy afternoon, even took a 30 minute nap.. garmin rewarded me with +22 body battery for having a long restful low stress moment. But my energy bank in Superset went +1% in this same period.
Grey
AnzeS: Thanks, can you share screenshots of both apps' energy chart?
A
AnzeS
Grey Sure!

Very different score today again iphone vs watch... My watch is currently showing me 63% energy bank, iphone app is showing 71%. They both were decreasing in same pace, but score in the morning was different. Then I made data reload for energy bank in app, killed both apps and it synced.
Grey
AnzeS: Looking at your screenshots here, the Garmin score is different because it was able to detect that you took a nap. Bevel does not have auto nap detection yet, but that's currently on the roadmap.
In the meantime, if you add nap manually using Apple Health or in Bevel -> Sleep -> Tap the "+" next to "Activities", you should see a different recharge value.
Grey
AnzeS: And noted on the values being different. I am still tracking this one down. Can you check the following things for me?
- Bevel settings in iOS -> Data sources
- Bevel watch app home screen -> tap the cloud icon in the left corner.
Does the iCloud status say it is synced for both apps?

Grey I dont think its just a nap, because nap was just about 30 minutes of this ~4 hour period. I think Garmin is just a a lot more rewarding if you take an easy afternoon mostly sitting.

Grey under Bevel setting I dont see data sources.
Status on the watch says connected and then there is currently May 20th 15:59 last synced, current time here is May 22nd, 09:08.

Some additional info from today.
I am getting different numbers again... I did not change anything in settings or something like that.
iPhone App = 78%
iPhone widget = 74%
Apple Watch app = 74%
Apple Watch widget = 61%
Also recovery is wrong on Apple Watch widget:
In app = 77%
In widget = 37%

Even changig algorithem to SDNN is still giving me low HRV numbers. It went from 98ms to 104ms for example. Today I have it set on SDNN and Superset is giving me 134ms, vs 149ms in Athlytics. And the lowest reading today during sleep was 101ms, then I have 105 and 107 and then 8 readings from 133-209. Mathematical avg of all readings during sleep is 150ms. Superset is showing me 134,2.
