Pro access disappeared randomly

Woke up this morning and I don’t have pro access to the app even though I’ve paid for a year which is set to renew January 2025. I try to restore purchase and it says no subscription found. I have not changed anything and it was working. Just fine yesterday. I’ve cleared cache and restored data, I’ve force closed the app, I’ve logged out and logged back in and nothing

Also, are you currently using IOS 18 Beta?

Randell I’ve restarted my phone and I’m on beta. Been on beta since June. Have not installed beta 7 yet

Please note that the app store version of the app doesn't support IOS 18 Beta yet. However, we do have plans soon to release an update to support it.

We're not sure what's causing this issue for you yet and can't reproduce it. So it might be related to iOS 18.
Regardless, we'll get this fixed for you. What happens when you tap on "Continue to purchase" on the payment screen? Can you screenshot that for me?

Grey I don’t remand when I redeemed the code. I’ll have to look through my email. I had already paid regular price for a year before I redeemed the code, and yes I have ahead tried restarting my phone
