Ability to override nutrition values

Database is polluted with inaccuracies and users would like to manually correct values on the logged entry.
Even better, expose the values to the agent so once customers are done with back forth back forth back forth with agent to finally arrive at accurate sodium level, agent can enter it.

Agent was not used, entered through import food photograph. That was wildly off so deleted it and imported it again but this time added note to the same screen there used to import photographs and said it was homemade and no salt added. Still off. Need way to manually override. This is quite common, frequent, many meals weekly. Thank you.
