When an activity is tracked using an apple watch the activity records what called Average METs.
It would be cool if on an activity in superset we could display the average METs for that activity using the value calculated from apple health.
I think it would be best displayed as a single metric because while it would be cool to have a MET graph the values are not recorded against an activity but instead recorded throughout the day. So to display it as a graph you would have to retrieve all of the MET values between the start and end date of the activity to display it. I ma also not sure how well utilised it could be used as a graph as it essentially just shows intensity/ calories burned during that minute of exercise, so it should almost directly relate to the heart rate graph.
Definition:
"The MET(metabolic equivalent of task) is are a unit of exercise intensity that indicates how many times more energy is consumed compared to when resting is 1."
So for a swim or run you could expect to have a met around 6-8 as you utilise energy much quicker than at rest.
