My Daily HR
bardyuzha@gmail.com
I need to see my daily HR log. Just numbers with some curve like in Whoop when you turn phone into landscape mode. Thanks.
Amanda
Hi bardyuzha@gmail.com, this is something we can consider. Are you using Apple Health's HR log in the meantime? Currently, we only have HR for sleep: Sleep -> Primary Sleep -> scroll to the bottom.

Amanda I saw this for sleep, but i really need this for the rest of the day. I use Whoop and this is the great feature.

Amanda One more example.

bardyuzha@gmail.com: Thank you! I've added this to the roadmap.

Additional Health Metrics
Dylan
It would be great if we could get more details about our health in a day, including:
Heart rate graph over the day
SPO2 graph over the day
Steps over the day
All of these graphs could use the same style as stress graph with icons and ranges indicating what happened when.

Thanks for the suggestion Dylan. I'll merge this ticket with an existing HR chart ticket. As for SpO2 and Steps, I'll need to think about those a bit more since I don't want to clutter the app. If I see more requests for those, I can add them to the roadmap.

Grey I think a third tab would be amazing for this. If you were to add this then there’s a new section for data to be presented.
The new sections could be like this:
- Summary. This contains data for the current day, including stress, hr, spo2, steps, sleep, …
- Training. This contains the 3 metrics you have now up top, along with health monitor, a new section for cardio load (pull it out from strain), cardio fitness, …
- Activities.
Does that make any sense?

Add Day view to all charts like HR, HRV, etc.

All of the chart views have Week, Month, and Year and it would be nice to add Day for them. For example I’ve been diagnosed with AFib and if I get several consecutive HRV readings 150+ that’s a good sign I’m in AFib. I currently have a Shortcut I wrote that I have to run every morning to make a graph to see this. It would be so nice to just view this in Superset!
This is the chart I generate using Shortcuts every morning. If HRV > 150 I color the bars and single ones above 150 are generally bad HRV readings, but if I get many in a row then could be in AFib.

Thanks for the suggestion Mike Suiter. I'll merge this with an existing ticket

Interested in this! I was looking for a place to check my heartrate when I did some semi-active work, but not exactly an activity. I think this would also be helpful for people who miss logging activities.

Yes, This is a must have, a full view of the days heart rate, similar to the stress so you can see where you were sleeping or exercising.
Then the same again for HRV during the day

Heart rate graph on home
D
David
A spot on the home page to see the days actual heart rate. Maybe something similar to Oura where is shows a line graph of average heart rate maybe at 30 min intervals or something.
Then when you tap into it it shows trends of daily average heart rate, max and min heart rate for the day.
