I read through the Reddit thread on the feature and saw some discussion about there being auto detection for single versus double handed exercises, so individual weight (as opposed to total weight) should be logged. However, I’m having trouble understanding which movements may be set which way when there are many variations. I do dumbbell bicep curls in tandem, but some do one arm at a time. Am I supposed to put total weight then? For assisted pull-ups, am I meant to put the assist weight or weight bearing? Having a small info icon on each exercise in the workout planner with further instructions on how to log would be useful!

Grey can you explain body weight exercises too, such as hanging pull ups, am I recording 0 on weight or typing in body weight
