Dynamic Daily Heart Rate Zones Based on HRV

The only feature I really miss from Welltory is the dynamic adjustment of heart rate zones based on daily HRV and resting heart rate. Welltory automatically recalculates your heart rate zones each day using your most recent HRV data, which makes a huge difference for training efficiency and recovery. Not every day is the same, and this approach helps to personalize workout intensity based on your actual physiological state.
Right now, in Bevel, I have to manually adjust my heart rate zones every day – which can be a hassle and to be honest I am too lazy to do it :D. I think it would be a fantastic upgrade for Bevel to automatically update heart rate zones each day, just like Welltory does.
This would help users train more effectively, avoid overtraining, and recover better, especially for those bouncing back from illness or managing high stress. It would also fit perfectly with Bevel’s strengths in delivering actionable insights based on real health data.
Would love to see this on the roadmap!

'Max heart rate' is only the number pulled from when exercising
Dylan
My heart rate in a workout (with a polar h10) peaked at 211bpm,but I stopped the workout when I hit 210bpm - so in the HRR recovery it said 211-140(something like that). However in settings my max heart rate is labelled as 210. Could you change this so it pulls the max hr data as the highest hr value from health instead of just from exercising? It would just help calibrate Bevel's calculation for automatic heart rate zones a little better (I know you can manually set zones, but it would be easier if they were automatic).

Upvote for this! Together with the Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly HR zones graphic, it would be great if there was some added functionality to change the automatic method for calculating Heart Rate zones, ie., Percent of Max HR, Percent of HR Reserve, Percent of Lactate Threshold HR. I know Bevel lets you customise the zones, but I use another app (HealthFit) to calculate my HR Reserve instead of Apple's default Max HR calculation. But, I wouldn't hold back the methods calculation of HR zones just to build out this feature, it could easily come later as an update, and the HR zones graphic is sorely needed.

Heart rate zones for different sports

It would be very useful to be able to set HF zones separately for running and cycling. These vary.
Also for cycling performance zones

It would be great if SS could pull these directly from Apple Health. I have a monthly reminder to update other fitness apps to update to match what is in Health, and if SS had access to zones in health, that would save me one less to update!
