Update strength workout routine based on previous Workout in iPhone app

I generally enjoy using the Strength Trainer (and it also has finally pushed me to actually define a routine I want to follow). There is however one stupid wrinkly that I fall into all the time: After finishing the workout, I quickly scroll the the muscle groups displayed on the Watch and then tap the X in the top left corner (same as in Apple's workout app). This however discards any updates to the workout. What I would now wish was just being able to go into the iPhone app, go into the workout details and apply the values from there. Am I making clear what I mean here?

Sometimes I miss the prompt to make the last workout my new template on my watch. Can it be added as a standard in the app or on the watch if i miss it there and then?

Would be great to see reps and wheight of exercises from the last workout direct in the strength builder.
In addition it would be great to see training progress in the app (Progessive overload)

Hi Jonathan, thanks for the feedback. If I understand correctly, you're saying that you want to use a previous workout and make it a workout plan from the iPhone app right?

Grey Yes, basically. Woud be nice to see in a recorded workout which training plan it was, together with a button to apply the recorded values there to the plan. Can be useful also for stuff like a careful continuation of training after sickness to then be able to quickly go back to your usual routine.
