Add Pause to Strength Trainer Workout

Would be great to be able to swipe left and pause the workout in addition to stopping the workout. Had a situation where I was mid workout and had to step away for 15 mins and had to just leave the workout running.

And use the action button and Digital Crown to pause on the ultra
