Option to add RPE after sets

After each set during a workout is completed, it could be useful for some to rate their perceived exertion for that set (how hard/ how close to failure the set was). The data from each set could be used to calculate strain and other metrics. For example, the RPE for a given number of reps at a given weight could be used to calculate the user's one rep max for that exercise. There could then be an option to visualize the user's one rep max over time so they can better understand their progress. There are many other ways I feel this could be utilized.

Another potential feature could be added when selecting an exercise that a user has performed before. Instead of prompting the user with the generic 5 reps and 30 pounds load, Bevel could recommend the user’s previous performance on that exercise. Either this or some sort of exercise history that shows your past weights and reps for an exercise could be useful.

The feature could look something like this:

Another activity where I don’t have (accurate) heart rate data: swimming, which is a bit more common than climbing :)
