With the ability to specify warmup sets, having a different interval timer for warmups would also be useful. So we could have a 1 min rest for warmups and 2 min for main sets.

It would be great if users could mark certain sets as warm-up sets in custom workouts. This feature would allow users to track their warm-up sets while distinguishing them from their working sets. Additionally, it would be helpful if this distinction could be displayed on the watch. For example, in a workout with 5 sets, where 3 are warm-up sets and 2 are working sets, the first 3 sets could be shown in a different color. This way, it would be immediately clear which sets are warm-ups and which are working sets.

add bike and treadmill to the exercise list so we can use them as active recovery/cool down exercise
