It would be really great to allow for users to set a custom number of hours. They want to aim for every night, and this can factor into the overall sleep score. Because realistically, I can get seven hours of sleep every night but when my sleep bank is negative and I’m being told I need to aim for almost 9 hours of sleep, that’s not going to happen.
So having the algorithm have a little bit more variability based on the actual target, I said would be great. Though I don’t exactly know how this could be functionally implemented.
