Allow switching between “kg” and “lbs” when recording reps

Please add a toggle in the screen where reps are logged to allow switching between different weight units. On AW and iPhone.
Some gyms have machines and weights that use a mix of metric and imperial units, or I’m traveling and using a different gym. It’s cumbersome to go into the SS settings to switch units.
Another reason is to have a unit for my body weight, and another unit for gym weights.

I would Bevel like to add a run or cardio mode option on the exercise page of the apple watch app. I also hate that the default unit of measurement is KG for weight lifting exercises and I cannot seem to find a way to change it to LBS so I had to stop using the exercise tracking feature.

@Grey This issue is more critical now that the Biology section includes body weight tracking. I want to track my weight in kg, but the weights in my gym are mostly in lbs.
The app can still have one main global weight unit, which is used for body weight, while the workout feature can switch between both lbs and kg, and remembers the last used units.

That's a fair use case. I'll add it to the roadmap. Thanks Quinn Comendant!

Grey Great, thanks. I think it would work well on the AW if you swipe left/right to change units, and up/down to change weight value. On the iPhone (on the screen where you add exercises and define default sets and reps) maybe just tapping the unit will toggle it between kg and lb.
