Grey I installed the update just now. The Superset watch app does not do anything when I click on it.
Grey
Chuck Hazzard: Hi Chuck, what does it show you when you open the Watch App?

Grey: Superset is listed under Apps installed on Apple Watch, and it is toggled on to "Show App on Apple Watch". It does have a yellow dot to the left of the name whereas no other apps do.

Grey: I toggled the "Show on Apple Watch" off and then clicked to turn it back on, and it is telling me to install from Testflight but then shows "Couldn't Load App"

Grey: I reinstalled and it is now opening.
Grey
Chuck Hazzard: Ok great. It might be a Watch OS bug. I will track this to see if it's a bug

Grey Will the watch app work independently of the phone app? e.g. being able to open up the watch app to check recovery in the morning w/o opening the phone app

Will the app have the ability to manually start the workout similar to WorkOutdoors? It would also be nice to have a better pause/stop than Apple has for those times when the watch face is wet or your hands are sweety. WorkOurdoors has the nice four tap screen lock and long press to open up the pause/stop.

Chuck Hazzard: Hi Chuck, the first version of the app won't have the ability to start workout yet. I will add that in the future version. I am a fan of WorkOutdoors and will definitely add something like it to Superset

Chuck Hazzard: does that mean we’d be able to get a gps & heart rate lock before the workout starts, because that would be super nice coming from the default workout app

Dylan Everett: That would be my wish. I am on the fence about upgrading to the Ultra due to the manual start and higher tolerance to nasty weather we have here in the mountains of Vermont during the winter months.
