For me this is particularly relevant because I've taken ADHD medication. There are days where I skip it and days where I take it and I base that position on my sleep, HRV, and my recovery. ADHD medication can really tank HRV if paired with other over stimulation or if taken too late in the day or just in general

Add a medication sync. Sync with Apple health. Like Apple health does but potentially more accurate with Bevel AI look for problems with dosage and overlapping medicine. Also allow Bevel AI to analyse impact of medications on your goals and statistics.

Currently they let you log ADHD medication in the journal tab. But, I take a variable dose everyday so it would be nice to see dose dependent metrics.

I asked Bevel AI today to remind me to change my contact lenses once a month. It confirmed that it can’t do that (yet). I would suggest it could be part of a medication/supplement tracking function, which would be especially useful if it also kept track of how much medication you had left and remind you to request refills.

Just adding - there needs to be some mapping. E.g “vitamins” in Apple Health - I would want to add the specific vitamins to Bevel.

Preferably also side effects. I am currently taking prednisone temporarily. This has a lot of effect on sleep, recovery and other processes.
