I’m realizing that one of the things I love most about Bevel is how it helps me connect my fitness/wellbeing today with the actions I did the day before - especially sleep and exercise.
This incentivises me to ensure that I consistently track these pieces.
With food however, the actual connection of what I track is much less being connected to other factors and it makes me less inclined to going the extra mile to ensure tracking without gaps.
I think it would be great if there were some additions to Bevel AI or other metrics that would better encourage that.
