Biological age

It would be great to see biological age vs calendar age in the new Biology tab. I guess there are some studies on this based on RHR and HRV.
Found some studies:

I know its TBD, but is there maybe a very Rough estimation when this feature will be released?
Amanda
David: No estimation at the moment. We're focused on our Summer Release right now, which includes major improvements to Strength Builder, Nutrition & Coach. We don't want to add a feature like Biological Age without doing significant scientific research & making sure it integrates well with our existing app.

Amanda Thanks for your response! I completely understand and genuinely respect that type of choice.
I was getting a bit excited because this feature, even if not entirely accurate, is incredibly creative and fun in terms of gamifying health and longevity.
Amanda
David: Absolutely agree! We recognize its usefulness, just want to make sure we are doing it justice :)

Would be great to have the Apple Health blood pressure data as a data point for the biological age metric (not mandatory but adding resolution/accuracy to the figure).

Add Biological Age dashboard ala Metric

I've been testing Metric ("Health & Longevity - Metric" in the app store) and I really like they show the Biological Age info and individual scores inside of each big group (heart, fitness, etc). I'd love for Bevel to incorporate some of these features, which are based on the same data we already have.

First off, the app is great!!!! Another metric that calculates and displays the current fitness age as with Oura or Whoop would be nice.

I recently read the WHOOP whitepaper on healthspan, and I noticed that they’ve covered almost every aspect of health comprehensively. If you’re already focusing on all of these factors, you might not feel the need for additional features. However, what stood out to me is the lack of emphasis on stress as a contributing factor.
What I would love to see from the Bevel team is the inclusion of stress or other relevant metrics when developing the Bevel feature for biological age. More importantly, I’d like to see how my aging rate evolves over time—say, over 6 months or a year—and how changes in individual variables (like sleep, activity, HRV, etc.) correlate with changes in my biological age. It would be insightful to identify which factors have accelerated or slowed my aging rate during that period.

I really love Bevel app and I checked it daily. I recently saw what Whoop introduced and I was impressed so I had to come here and recommend adding it.
Happy that is already recommended and kinda disappointed that it was recommended a year ago and still not added.
Hopefully this feature will be prioritized! 🙏

Agreed, the gamification Whoop introduced with the Healthspan is great as it sort of acts as a roadmap to long, healthy life. The science behind each metric in there might be questionable, but they did an amazing job explaining how each metric influences your longevity, how far off ideal state you are and what improvements you're making in time.
If there's a way to prioritize this on the roadmap, I'm sure many would welcome this.

Great feature request!

Grey I’d open a request for pace of aging, but maybe that’s related to the biological age feature? I’d love to have a feature set similar to Whoop that approximates my pace of aging.

Would be especially interested in this after Whoop’s introduction of Healthspan
And while I hate to compliment Whoop in any way, this design is both motivating & visually pleasing
