Depending on how much activity/workouts you do puts you in a certain age group/age based of of common statistics.

Peakwatch has now implemented the feature. A big competitor for Bevel...
It even shows the individual influencing factors that, for example, individual cardio fitness makes you older when it is poor. You are shown individually which factor adds up or subtract how much age. The same costs 60€ a year.

It would be awesome to add a “Biological Age” (or “Bevel Age”) feature, similar to Whoop Age.
Using metrics like HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and recovery to generate an age-based score would help gamify progress and make long-term health trends easier to understand.
Adding this to the Biology section would make that category even more useful and engaging.
