It would be great to see biological age vs calendar age in the new Biology tab. I guess there are some studies on this based on RHR and HRV.
Found some studies:

The biological age should be the focus of the app because it has the biggest motivational impact.

It will be cool to see!

This is one of the main features that is making me consider other alternatives. Loved how this was done on my Whoop where it showed all the factors that were contributing and what I needed to do to improve my age or slow my pace of ageing eg. 10mins More zone 4-5 cardio each week, hit 8000 steps each week, improve my consistent bed sleep time

Also agree with this. Other apps like Livity and PeakWatch offer it but I’d rather have it on Bevel !
HOWEVER you kind of can get that already. If you ask bevel AI he’ll give you an answer but not as detailed as Livity for example which tells you which factors are aging you the most and how to fix it.

Depending on how much activity/workouts you do puts you in a certain age group/age based of of common statistics.

Peakwatch has now implemented the feature. A big competitor for Bevel...
It even shows the individual influencing factors that, for example, individual cardio fitness makes you older when it is poor. You are shown individually which factor adds up or subtract how much age. The same costs 60€ a year.
