Bring in nutrition data or add journaling input of nutrition metrics to find net caloric expenditure/surplus

It looks like the app shows BMR and the estimated caloric burn. Are there any plans to either create a nutritional section of the app where you can log your meals (similar to Lose It or MyFitness Pal)? If not, can the app be updated to pull this from Apple Health to get a total net caloric surplus or expenditure?
Daniel Ivanov
Awesome, put first off taking into account symptoms, nutrition from Health and being able to use it for Insights would be great.

Just adding a vote for pulling calorie information from MyFitnessPal to work out deficit / surplus

Just adding to the rest - this is important for me as well. Currently the only thing keeping me from completely switching from Athlytic.

This is a massive one for me and really I was all in on superset over athlytic but this is a major missing feature. Right now I am trying to make weight and so this is incredibly useful data that I can only seem to get in athlytic. It’s really important to not only see the day but cumulative over the week.

100% agree. This is a core feature that this app doesnt have but athlytic does have.
I much prefer the user interface of this app and ability to go back into the past. But until it has the core features athlytic has I will have to use both apps at the same time which is a pain

Similar to this picture (Energy Burned VS Energy Consumed). Utilizing Apple Health, rather than having to enter my consumption within this app. This way we can use any app we prefer.

TJ: 100%. I will be pulling data in from Apple Health

That's a great suggestion! Should be easy enough to implement. I will add it to the roadmap
