When looking at my data, I clearly have a tipping point where HRV drops when I exceed a certain rolling load.
For example:
When my rolling 7-day strain exceeds ~450%, my HRV tends to drop >10% below baseline.
Below ~380%, HRV is stable or rebounds quickly.
When I stack moderate sessions and hit ~420–450%, recovery starts trending down.
It would be powerful if Bevel could automatically calculate my rolling 7-day strain threshold using historical HRV response. It would also be helpful to identify the point where HRV suppression consistently occurs (e.g. >8–10% below baseline for 2+ days). Instead of daily strain, it would be amazing if it could display current % of ceiling used (e.g.“You’re at 83% of your typical tolerance”)
I've used the AI layer already to calculate this
Bonus: If my historical data shows different strain tolerance at different times of the month (e.g. lower HRV tolerance during luteal phase), the strain ceiling should automatically adjust during those phases rather than assuming a fixed threshold.
